Tewkesbury and District Wheelchair Bus Association

We have been busy taking groups out for short trips now that the weather is improving. Clients have enjoyed seeing the daffodils in the woods near Newent and trips to Twyfords and Webbs of Wychbold.

At the Lunch Club Christmas Meal Babs was presented with a plate bearing our Logo in recognition of the help she gave to the organisation over many years.

We now have our new Logo thanks to Paul Beards who took Max's design and simplified it into a usable form. We are very pleased with it and hope it will soon be displayed on the side of the Bus.

Last year we asked local school children to take part in a competition to design a new Logo for the Bus and our letter heads. Queen Margaret's and Tirlebrook Schools took part. After much deliberation by the committee we chose winners of the two age groups and the design by Max Chapman from Queen Margaret's School was picked as the overall winner. Our Chairman and Chris Danter the Town Mayor presented Max with his prize of a family voucher for a trip on the Toddington Steam Railway.
